This artwork I've done here is quite meaningful to me in a lot of ways.

The dog I've drawn here is Tyson, who was my pet dog, quite a number of years back. He was quite jolly when we first saw him. Zira needed a mate, so we decided he would be the one.

Over periods of time he spent as a cop dog. Never saw what he was like out at work. But when he was home, he was the most silliest and most harmless boofhead you'll ever meet. Almost every time you saw him, he had a ball in his jaws. Loving shaking a giant tennis ball to death until it was either torn apart (just the way he liked it), or if he was totally out of energy. If there wasn't a ball in his gib, you'd see a huge tongue, lolling out the side. I loved that doofus heaps.

One day though we noticed he was lying down a lot one day. My dad thought it was weird of him to do so. He went outside, and help Tyson get up. Only to flop straight down on the floor seconds later. We took him to the vet, and after a couple of hours worth of waiting, the vet doctor came out and informed as the Tyson had a huge tumor in his stomach. We spent a fair bit of time with him that night.

The very next day, which happened to be my 12th birthday, Tyson unfortunately passed away.

I know it's been around 7-8 years since, but I just felt like drawing him. I know one day I'll see him again. It's just that it'll be a long time before that happens.

very awesome drawing it's sad your pet died. my pet ran away when I was like 5? I never saw him again...
